We are an investment group whose lead partner is a family office founded by the creators of the Spanish insurance company LEGÁLITAS (sold in 2021 to the investment fund Portobello). For over a decade, we have been actively investing in real estate projects across Spain, Florida, and the Dominican Republic.The group also includes two additional partners: one local, bringing over 20 years of experience in the real estate and tourism sectors in the Dominican Republic; and another with a strong background in residential development and construction in Spain.It is important to emphasize that this project is fully funded with private capital—no bank financing is involved under any circumstance.
